Tier 1: Essential Care Plan
Price: ₹300/month
Includes:
Scheduled Medicine Delivery: Monthly/weekly delivery of pre-defined prescriptions.
Basic Wellness Check: A monthly phone call to the parents to check on their well-being.
Digital Prescription Management: Secure storage of prescriptions on a client portal.
Monthly Update Email: A simple, structured email: "Medicines delivered on X date. All is well."
Tier 2: Proactive Guardian Plan
Price: ₹600/month
Includes everything in Essential, PLUS:
Personal Health Coordinator: A dedicated point of contact.
Doctor's Appointment Coordination: Booking, reminders, and a follow-up call after the appointment to understand the doctor's advice & Pharmacist medication counselling.
Comprehensive Medicine Management: Proactive refill reminders, coordination with doctors for renewals, and management of complex schedules.
Detailed Monthly Reports: A detailed update including health vitals (if they share), appointment summaries, and general well-being observations. This is to update the family of the present health status.
Emergency Support Line: Priority access for any urgent pharmacy or coordination needs.
Tier 3: Premium Family Plan
Price: ₹1200+/month
Includes everything in Proactive Guardian, PLUS:
In-Person Wellness Visits: A monthly visit from your coordinator (or a trusted partner nurse) for a basic check-up (BP, sugar if possible) and a friendly chat.
Coordination with Other Services: Help in arranging physiotherapy, lab tests at home, or hiring a caretaker.
Video Call Updates: Optional brief video calls from the coordinator to the family abroad to give a personal touch.
